Preparing upstream of a transfer is a key factor in its good realization. Our coordinators intervene during the labeling phase consisting in identifying and addressing all the elements concerned by the transfer, between the departure sites and the arrival sites.
Our coordinators align future implementation plans with the implementation schedule by adapting human and technical resources in the organization of the transfer. They supervise and assign teams to the field and guarantee the quality of the services provided.
