Médailles d’Honneur du Travail ceremony

On September 13, 2021, surrounded by the company’s employees, the directors ofAMT Transfert hosted the Médailles d’Honneur du Travail award ceremony!

Founded in 1993, AMT is now one of France’s leading business transfer companies. Philippe CHICHE, the company’s founder, emphasized that “what is being honored today is above all theinvolvement of each and every one of us on a daily basis, and the work delivered by all our teams to satisfy our customers “.

He added ” Fabrice and Julien and I never thought we’d find ourselves here on a site of over 13,000 m2. The start-up in 1993 was chaotic, in premises that were cramped to say the least…30 m2! But the important thing for us was to set off on the hunt for a new project, accompanied by our teams, and to blossom. “.

AMT Transfert ‘s directors emphasized the company’s vision of being a family-run, asset-based business, whoseaim is to invest in the skills of each individual in order to grow the company’s human capital.

Among the company’s 120 employees, 15 were honored, including 3 with a special mention for having been with the company for over 30 years !

The managers thanked the teams who, every day, work hard to develop the transfer and storage business.

Among the guests was Laurence LECHAPTOIS, General Delegate of the Chambre Syndicale du Déménagement.

The ceremony concluded with a cocktail reception on the green spaces ofAMT Transfert ‘s 13,500 m2 storage platform, with a storage capacity of 40,000 m3.
